How do I place an order?

- You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- US Orders Ships in : 3-5 days
- International Orders Ships in : 8-12 days
- 15-days return on defective items
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible at support@gamex24.com. We process orders quickly, and once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes. However, we’ll do our best to assist you if the request is made before shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I track my order?

How do I return an item?
We offer 30-day returns for most items in new and unused condition. To initiate a return:
